225 g/8 oz pasta shapes
 
100 g/4 oz salami or ham, chopped
 
1 garlic clove, chopped, or a squeeze from a tube of garlic puree
 
298 g/l0 1/2 oz/1 small can of garden peas, drained
 
2 eggs
 
60 ml/4 tbsp milk
 
Salt and freshly ground black pepper Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Put a large pan of water on to boil.
When bubbling, add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until just tender.
Drain and return the past; to the pan.
Add the salami or ham, garlic and peas and heat through for 2 minutes, stirring.
Beat the eggs and milk together with a little salt and pepper and stir into the pot.
Cook, stirring, until creamy but don't scramble the eggs completely.
Spoon on to plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
