Ingredients

 
1 medium onion, chopped
 
1 can (81/4 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained and cut in half
 
3 to 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
2 cans (1O1/2 ounces each) chicken a la king
 
1 can (41/2 ounces) shrimp, rinsed and drained
 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
 
3 to 4 cups hot cooked rice Imitation bacon chips

Directions

In large skillet, cook and stir onion and pineapple in butter until onion is tender.
Stir in chicken a la king, shrimp and lemon juice; heat through.
Serve on rice; sprinkle with chips.
