Speedy Spuds Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1 (10 1/2 oz) can creamed chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions
In 1 1/2 qt casserole microwave (medium-low 30%) hash browns 10 minutes to thaw.
Combine with soup, sour cream, onions, butter, salt, pepper and cheese.
Mix corn flakes with melted butter.
Sprinkle on top.
Microwave (medium-high 70%) 14-16 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes.
