225 g. / 8 oz. liver sausage
125 g. / 4 oz. cream cheese
30 ml. / 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
45 ml. / 3 tablespoons cream
5 ml. / 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2.5 ml. / 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
5 ml. / 1 teaspoon brandy (optional)
Salt and pepper
Directions
Mix together the liver sausage, cheese, mayonnaise, cream, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and brandy, if used.
Season to taste.
Place in a pate mould lined with aluminium foil, or in individual pots, cover with clear plastic wrap or aluminium foil and chill.
Serve in individual pots or turn out of the mould and serve in slices with hot, crisp toast.
