Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan saute onion and celery in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Add raisins, vinegar, catsup and gingersnaps mixed with dry mustard and stir adding water.
3. In a cup dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of the bouillon.
4. Add with remaining bouillon and cook, stirring constantly, until clear.
5. Add sliced beef to the sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

SERVING
6. Sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired and serve on a bed of noodles.
