Speedy Rice Pudding Recipe
This Speedy Rice Pudding will make your taste buds crave for more! There is not a single month when I don't serve this yummy Dessert! This recipe is a good way to use Rice. When it comes to cooking I am my worst critic. Kindly comment and let me know how is this Speedy Rice Pudding.
Ingredients
4 cups milk
1 egg, beaten
1 package (3 ounces) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
In a saucepan, combine milk, egg and pudding mix.
Add rice and raisins.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat; cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour into dessert dishes or a serving bowl.
