Speedy Fish Fry Recipe
Speedy fish fry is a flavorful and delicious fish fry. Prepared with a hint of lemon juice, the speedy fish fry is a grill fried recipe and can be served with a side or main meal with a warm potato salad.
Ingredients
1 pound fish fillets
Salt
Pepper
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh, frozen, or canned
2 tablespoons minced parsley
Directions
Cut fillets into serving pieces; salt and pepper.
Combine soy sauce and oil.
Arrange fish on an oiled grill or in oiled broiler basket.
Broil till golden brown, about 5 to 8 minutes on each side; baste frequently with the soy mixture.
Place on warm platter.
Heat remaining soy sauce mixture; add lemon juice and parsley; pour over fish.
Garnish with parsley.
