Ingredients

 Olive oil2 Teaspoon
 Onions2 , chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Red chilli1 , chopped
 250 g / 8 oz uncooked medium prawns,
 Peeled and deveined
 16 mussels, scrubbed and beards removed
 Scallops16 , cleaned
 440 g / 14 oz canned spicy tomato soup
 2 cups / 500 mL / 16 fl oz fish or chicken stock
 Calamari125 Gram
 Mixed herbs2 Tablespoon, chopped

Directions

1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, add onions, garlic and chilli and cook, stirring, for 4 minutes or until onions are soft.
2. Add prawns and cook for 1 minute. Add mussels, scallops, soup and stock and bring to simmering.
3. Stir in squid (calamari) and herbs and cook for 1 minute longer or until seafood is cooked.
