Speedy Black Bean N Cheese Burritos Recipe
Ingredients
| Green onions | 2 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| 1 jar (12 oz.) salsa, divided | ||
| Chili powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In large skillet, cook onions and garlic in oil 2 minutes.
Add beans, 1/4 cup salsa and chili powder; heat through.
Remove from heat; cool slightly.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese.
Spread 1/3 cup bean mixture down center of each tortilla.
