Speedy Barbecued Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
1/3 cup pesto sauce 75 ml
1 12 in prepared pizza crust, thawed if frozen 1
2 tomatoes, sliced 2
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 250 ml
Directions
Spread pesto sauce evenly over pizza crust.
Arrange tomato slices in single layer over pesto sauce; sprinkle evenly with Parmesan.
Place pizza on wire cake rack; place rack on foil pizza pan.
Place rack and pan on barbecue grill; grill over medium heat 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is beginning to brown around edges.
