Speedy Baked Crabmeat Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds crabmeat, membranes removed | ||
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Lemon juice | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Brandy | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Place crabmeat in shallow baking dish.
Pour melted butter over.
Season with salt and pepper.
Squeeze lemon juice over crab.
Sprinkle with parsley and brandy.
Bake at 375° F for 10 minutes, until hot.
