Special Pot Roast Recipe
Special Pot Roast is simply a delicious recipe. A deadly combination of beef and veggies will surely tempt you to prepare this Special Pot Roast on every party!
Ingredients
3 to 4 pounds beef chuck pot roast
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can condensed beef broth
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/2 pound yellow squash, sliced
1/2 pound zucchini, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place roast in glass casserole dish.
Sprinkle soup mix over roast.
Add onions.
Pour in beef broth.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Insert probe into liquid.
Cook on high (9); heat & hold at 180°F for 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
Add remaining vegetables during last 45 minutes of cooking.
