 Scallions8 , chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Salad oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soy sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry red wine1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot Sauce1 Teaspoon
 4 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1/8 inch thick slices

Directions

Combine scallions, garlic, oil, soy sauce, wine, and hot sauce in a 4-quart casserole.
Stir steak into marinade.
Turn to coat all steak pieces well.
Cover and marinate several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Use either of the following methods to microwave: Preheat browning skillet according to manufacturer's directions (4 to 6 minutes).
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 pieces at a time, 1 minute per side.
Repeat until all steak pieces are cooked.
Place steak pieces on a microwave roasting rack.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Repeat until all steak pieces are cooked.
