Special Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Green onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot Sauce | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Place butter and onion in a 9-inch glass pie plate.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes.
Sprinkle bacon pieces over cooked onion.
Beat eggs.
Add milk, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
Pour over bacon and onion.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir to mix lightly.
Microwave at MEDIUM 5 to 7 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over eggs.
Microwave at MEDIUM 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let stand, covered, 1 minute before serving.
Microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes.
