Ingredients

 Porridge oats250 Gram
 Oatmeal50 Gram
 Sunflower seeds30 Gram
 Sesame seeds30 Gram
 Pumpkin seeds30 Gram
 30 gms walnuts, coarsely chopped
 Blanched almonds30 Gram
 50 gms wheat flakes
 75 gms dried apricots, seeded and cut into quarters
 Sultanas100 Gram, washed
 50 gms dried dates or figs, chopped
 Powdered cinnamon1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1)Toast the porridge oats,oatmeal,sunflower seeds,sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, individually in the oven or in a saute pan.
2)Let them cool sufficiently.
3) Mix the toasted ingredients with the wheat flakes, dry fruits and cinnamon.
4)Store in an airtight jar and use within a month.

SERVING
5) Serve the Muesli with or without milk for breakfast or use to make granola bars or cookies.
