Special Muesli Recipe
Ingredients
| Porridge oats | 250 Gram | |
| Oatmeal | 50 Gram | |
| Sunflower seeds | 30 Gram | |
| Sesame seeds | 30 Gram | |
| Pumpkin seeds | 30 Gram | |
| 30 gms walnuts, coarsely chopped | ||
| Blanched almonds | 30 Gram | |
| 50 gms wheat flakes | ||
| 75 gms dried apricots, seeded and cut into quarters | ||
| Sultanas | 100 Gram, washed | |
| 50 gms dried dates or figs, chopped | ||
| Powdered cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1)Toast the porridge oats,oatmeal,sunflower seeds,sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds, individually in the oven or in a saute pan.
2)Let them cool sufficiently.
3) Mix the toasted ingredients with the wheat flakes, dry fruits and cinnamon.
4)Store in an airtight jar and use within a month.
SERVING
5) Serve the Muesli with or without milk for breakfast or use to make granola bars or cookies.
