 2 eggs, lightly beaten
 Oil2 Tablespoon
 Grated ginger2 Teaspoon
 Cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 ham steak, cut into thin strips
 100g cooked prawns
 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
 Quarter cup frozen peas
 Pork1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shallots6 , chopped
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Pour eggs into greased pie plate, cook on HIGH for two minutes or until just set. Cut into thin strips.
2. Heat browning dish on HIGH for eight minutes, add oil, ginger and rice, cook on HIGH for three minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, cook on HIGH for three minutes.
