Special Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
1 medium head (or 907 g) cabbage, cut in wedges
1 large green pepper, quartered and seeded
1 medium onion, halved
1 cup (250 ml) vinegar
2/3 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (250 ml) sugar
1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
1 teaspoon (5 ml) celery seed
1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) dry mustard
Directions
Assemble Salad Maker with French Fry Cutter Disc and large bowl.
Process cabbage, green pepper, and onion.
Assemble Blender.
Put remaining ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at BLEND until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over cabbage and stir well.
Cover and refrigerate up to 4 days.
