Special Broccoli Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen Broccoli Cuts - 1 10-ounce package | ||
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 10 1/2-ounce can | ||
| American Cheese | 2 Ounce, Processed | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg - Beaten | ||
| Dry Bread Crumbs - 1/4 cup fine | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon, melted | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 350°c.
MAKING
2) Follow package directions to cook broccoli accordingly.
3) Leave out the salt from it.
4) Drain thoroughly and keep aside.
5) Arrange broccoli in 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
6) In a bowl mix soup and cheese.
7) Gently add milk, mayonnaise, and egg. Stir the mixture until blended.
8) Pour it over broccoli.
9) In a bowl mix crumbs and melted butter.
10) Sprinkle it over soup mixture.
11) Bake for about 35 minutes.

12) Serve as a side dish.
