Ingredients

 Turkey legs and thighs2 , cut at joint into serving pieces
 Poultry seasoning2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Lemons2 , thinly sliced
 Chutney1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Catsup1 Tablespoon
 Lemon1 , juiced
 Soft brown sugar1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Whole tomatoes4 (Fresh)
 Potatoes4 (Baked Or Sautéed)

Directions

Rub poultry seasoning and salt into tur key.
Cover each with lemon slices.
In a small glass bowl or casserole combine chutney, catsup, lemon juice, and sugar.
On "simmer" setting, heat 1 or 2 minutes, until bubbling.
Spoon over turkey joints and cook uncovered on "roast" setting for 20 minutes.
Serve with baked tomatoes and baked or sauteed potatoes.
Tomato skins must be pierced in several places before cooking in microwave oven.
Garnish with lemon slices and parsley
