Sparkling Cherry Fruit Mold Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 packages (3 ounces each) cherry or raspberry-flavored gelatin
 
2 cups boiling water
 
1 can (16 ounces) sliced peaches
 
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
 
2 cups diced celery
 
Crisp lettuce leaves

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
Add enough cold water to syrup to make 2 cups.
Stir syrup into gelatin with Worcestershire sauce; chill until partially thickened.
Fold in peaches and celery.
Pour into oiled 2-quart mold; chill until set.
Unmold on bed of lettuce.
Fine for salad or dessert offering.
