Sparkling Berry Sangria Recipe
Sparkling Berry Sangria is my masterpiece! Combining the flavor of triple sec liquer and berries this Sparkling Berry Sangria plays a lead, no matter what the theme of the party is. I love preparing this fizzy, sparkling drink and it takes just a few minutes to brew this.
Ingredients
1/2 cup each granulated sugar and water 125 mL
1/2 cup Triple Sec liqueur 125 mL
2 cups each hulled strawberries and raspberries 500 mL
4 oranges, sliced 4
2 bottles (750 mL each) dry white wine 2
2 cups soda water 500 mL
ice cubes
Directions
In small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
Bring to boil over medium heat; simmer 2 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.
Let cool.
In large punch bowl or 2 large pitchers, stir together cooled syrup and Triple Sec.
Add strawberries, raspberries and oranges.
Pour in wine.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours or until well chilled.
To serve, add soda water; pour over ice cubes.
