Ingredients

 Herb tea - 4 cups, brewed, chilled
 Apple cider or apple juice preferably no sugar added - 2 2/3 cups, carbonated, unfermented, chilled
 Superfine sugar2 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Club soda or seltzer - 1 1/3 cups, chilled
 Lemon slices -€“ 8 numbers

Directions

MAKING
1. In a small pitcher, mix together tea, cider (or juice), sugar, and cinnamon.
2. Stir well to dissolve the sugar.
3. Add the club soda (or seltzer).

SERVING
4. Pour the Sparkling Tea Punch into 4 glasses.
5. Add 2 lemon slices to each glass and serve.
6. This is a very refreshing drink ideal for summer.
