Sparkling Strawberries Recipe
Ingredients

| Icing Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sparkling white wine | 300 Milliliter | |
| Langes de Chat/ Cat-€™s tongue biscuits- as required | ||
| Double cream- as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a large serving bowl, combine strawberries and icing sugar. Mix well and cling wrap. Refrigerate.
2. Half hour before serving, remove strawberries from refrigerator and keep aside.
SERVING
3. Pour champagne over strawberries and serve with biscuits and cream.
