Sparkling Rum Punch Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple | 1/2 | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple juice | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Light rum | 5 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Strawberries | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Club soda | 2 Quart, chilled |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, place the pineapple slices.
2) With sugar and water, cover the slices.
3) Let the mixture stand until sugar is dissolved well.
4) Gradually add the lemon juice, pineapple juice and rum.
5) Keep in the refrigerator for several hours, or until thoroughly cold.
7) Into a large bowl, pour the chilled mixture.
8) On top, add strawberries and soda.
9) Now, add a small block of ice to the mixture.
SERVING
10) Serve the Sparkling Rum Punch in glasses, chilled.
