Sparkling Raspberry Mint Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
1 to 2 cups fresh mint leaves
1 can (46 ounces) DOLE® Pineapple Juice, chilled
1 bottle (40 ounces) DOLE® Pure & Light Country Raspberry Juice
1 bottle (32 ounces) lemon lime soda, chilled
1 package (12 ounces) frozen raspberries
1 DOLE® Lemon, thinly sliced
Directions
Rub mint leaves around sides of punch bowl, then drop the bruised leaves in bottom of bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients in punch bowl.
