Sparkling Grape Jelly Recipe

Ingredients
5 cups sugar
2 cans (6 ounces each) frozen grape juice concentrate, thawed
2 bottles (7 ounces each) lemon-lime carbonated beverage
3/4 cup water
1 package fruit pectin
Directions
Wash seven 8-ounce jelly glasses in hot soapy water.
Rinse and invert on folded towel to drain.
Stir together sugar and grape juice concentrate in large bowl.
Add lemon-lime carbonated beverage and stir well.
Heat water and pectin to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute.
Blend hot pectin liquid ' into grape juice mixture; stir 3 minutes.
Fill glasses .
Cover each glass with lid or aluminum foil.
Let jelly stand at room temperature 24 hours.
Place in refrigerator or, if jelly will not be used within 3 weeks, store in freezer.
