Ingredients
| 3 lb. spareribs, in two parts | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 6 tart apples, peeled, cored and chopped | ||
| Brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups toasted bread cubes | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Combine the chopped onion, chopped apples, sugar and bread cubes.
Cover half of the spareribs with this stuffing; place the other section of spareribs on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350° F. [180° C] oven for two hours.
