Spareribs of Beef Or Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef pork | 6 Pound | |
| Oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| Apple sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
1. Place the spareribs in a bowl and mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the spareribs. Stir well and leave at room temperature for several hours. Turning regularly.
2. Broil under a moderate temperature turning and basting frequently with the marinade for about 3/4 hour, or until the pork or beef is tender.
3. Heat any remaining marinade and serve with the spareribs.
