Spice Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 to 2 pounds lean spareribs | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Barbecue sauce | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
1. In a covered 2-quart casserole, arrange spareribs in serving-size pieces toward edges of dish. Add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time. Pour off water and drippings.
2. Add another 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook again 6 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time. Pour off drippings.
3. Arrange spareribs in a 10-inch glass serving dish and cover with Barbecue Sauce.
4. Cook, uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
5. Rest, uncovered, 5 minutes before serving.
