Ingredients
3 1/4-4 1/2 pounds spareribs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2-1 teaspoon ground ginger, rosemary, sage, or oregano
Directions
1. Rub meat with seasonings. Place bone down in open roasting pan with some water in the bottom.
2. Bake in 400°F oven about 1 1/2 hours. Add 1 bouillon cube and more water to meat juices to make more sauce if necessary. Sauce can be thickened with flour.
