Spanish Soup Salad (Spain) Recipe
Ingredients
| Cumin seed | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Head of lettuce | 1 , chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 , diced | |
| Tomatoes | 4 , diced | |
| Chopped celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped | |
| Radishes | 10 , sliced | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed To Cover) | |
| Ice cubes | 8 | |
| Bread | 1 , cut into 1 inch cubes (Fresh) | |
| Stuffed olives | 6 , sliced | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Crush cominos seed in wooden salad bowl with wooden spoon; add all fresh vegetables and seasonings.
Mix well.
Barely cover mixture with water; add ice cubes.
Just before serving stir in bread cubes; garnish with olives.
Serve in soup bowls.
