Spanish Sauce Recipe
The Spanish Sauce is a delight to serve with any appetizer. It is prepared as a side dish.
Ingredients
Lean raw ham- 1 tablespoon, minced
Celery- 1 tablespoon, chopped
Carrot- 1 tablespoon, chopped
Onion- 1 tablespoon, chopped
Fat- 2 tablespoons
Flour- 2 tablespoons
Stock- 1/2 cup
Tomato juice- 1/2 cup
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Pepper- 1/8 teaspoon
Directions
MAKING
1.In a saucepan, melt the fat.
2.Now add the ham and vegetables and cook until they are brown
3.Make a sauce of this mixture and the flour, salt, pepper and liquid
SERVING
4.Serve with any kind of meat
