Spanish Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Pimiento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Cooking oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Boiled potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Cooked ham | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Saute the onion, pepper and pimiento in the fat until light brown, add the diced potatoes, the chopped ham and seasonings and cook until thoroughly heated through.
