Baked Spanish Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
1 c. rice
1 can tomato sauce
1 c. water
Parsley
Directions
Fry chops in a little fat until browned.
Cook rice as directed on package.
Place pork chops in shallow baking dish.
Make rice balls with ice cream dipper; place on top of each chop.
Heat tomato sauce with water; pour over pork chops and rice.
Sprinkle parsley on top of rice.
Cover dish with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
