Spanish Pork Chops With Rice Recipe
Ingredients
Salt to taste
5 pork chops
1 green pepper, cut in rings
1 onion, sliced
5 tbsp. Minute rice
1 No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes
Directions
Brown salted pork chops in large skillet.
Place one pepper ring and one slice of onion on each chop; add 1 tablespoon rice on top of onion and pepper ring.
Pour tomatoes over chops; cover.
Cook on top of stove slowly for about 1 hour, spooning juice over pork chops occasionally.
