Microwave Spanish Peppers Recipe
Ingredients
| Green peppers | 3 Medium, cut into thin strips | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Basil leaves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic-flavored croutons | ||
Directions
Place peppers, celery, onion and butter in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cover and microwave 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except croutons.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
Let stand 3 minutes.
