Spanish Meat Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef | 2 Pound, minced | |
| Soft bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | ||
| 2 onions chopped fine and browned in margarine | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Ketchup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Mix together:) | |
| White sugar | 3 Tablespoon (Mix together:) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon (Mix together:) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon (Mix together:) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Soften crumbs in a little milk.
Add balance of ingredients.
Mix and add to meat, saving a little to pour over top of loaf.
Place in large loaf pan and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
Drain off fat.
Slices better after a day.
