Spanish Gazpacho Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 clove of garlic, crushed
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
2 tbsp. olive oil
 
5 ripe tomatoes, chopped
 
1 chopped onion
 
1/4 tsp. pepper
 
1/4 tsp. paprika
 
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
 
1 1/2 c. bouillon
 
1/4c. dry bread crumbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs; refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Grind in food mill; add more salt, if needed.
Add bread crumbs just before serving; pour into soup bowls.
Place 1 ice cube in each bowl; serve with croutons, chopped green peppers and chopped cucumbers.
