Spanish Eggs And Rice Recipe
Spanish eggs and rice is a simple baked casserole prepared with eggs baked along with rice and cheese. Arranged in a casserole dish and cooked under half and hout, the spanish eggs and rice can be spiced with paprika or any other spice of choice.
Ingredients
1 8 ounce can (1 cup) Spanish rice
2 eggs
2 ounces sharp process American cheese, shredded (1/2 cup)
Directions
Spoon rice into 2 individual casseroles.
Make depression in center of rice; carefully break egg into depression.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese around edge of each casserole.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 20 to 25 minutes or till eggs are desired doneness.
