Spanish Cream Recipe
Spanish Cream is an irresistible recipe that you simply can't resist. Try this Spanish Cream dish; I am sure you will have a huge fan following for this one!

Ingredients
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 envelopes plain gelatine | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 3 , separated | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Pour milk into a double boiler and add gelatine.
Stir.
Place over hot water.
Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Pour slowly on slightly beaten egg yolks.
Return to double boiler and cook until thickened stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Turn into a mold that has been rinsed with cold water.
Chill.
