Spanish Cole Slaw Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 small green pepper, sliced
1/4 cup blanched almonds, sliced
1/2 cup salad dressing
Garlic
Directions
Shred chilled cabbage finely into a bowl rubbed with garlic, if desired, add remaining ingredients and toss lightly.
Serve immediately and chilled.
