Spanish Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 1/2 c. flour
 
1/2 c. white sugar
 
1/2 c. brown sugar
 
1/4 tsp. salt
 
1/2 c. Wesson oil
 
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 
1/4 c. chopped nuts
 
1/2 c. buttermilk
 
1/2 tsp. soda
 
1/2 tsp. baking powder
 
1 egg, well beaten

Directions

Stage1-Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Then add oil.

Stage2-Remove 1 cup of crumb mixture and set aside.

Stage3-Then add nuts, buttermilk, soda, baking powder and well beaten egg.

Stage4-Grease sheet cake pan, pour batter and top with crumb mixture.

Stage5- Bake at 325 degrees fareinhite for 25 to 30 minutes.
