Spanish Coffee Cake Recipe
This Spanish Coffee Cake recipe is my mother’s favorite. Whenever we are at home during holidays, my mother definitely prepares this dessert. Truly speaking this cake brings enjoyment to my house. So if you want to bring happiness to your house, use this Spanish Coffee Cake recipe.

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
Directions
Stage1-Mix flour, sugar, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Then add oil.
Stage2-Remove 1 cup of crumb mixture and set aside.
Stage3-Then add nuts, buttermilk, soda, baking powder and well beaten egg.
Stage4-Grease sheet cake pan, pour batter and top with crumb mixture.
Stage5- Bake at 325 degrees fareinhite for 25 to 30 minutes.
