Spanish Tuna Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water-pack tuna - 1 can (about 7 ounces), drained and flaked | ||
| Lemon juice | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/4 cup | ||
| Stuffed green olives - 2 tablespoons, chopped | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a small bowl cream butter or margarine until soft.
2) Add tuna, lemon juice, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Beat the mixture.
3) Fold in olives.
4) Chill the mixture.
5) Spoon into small dip bowls.
SERVING
6) Serve with carrot and celery sticks or crackers.
