Spanish Stuffed Peppers Recipe

Ingredients

 
3 green peppers
 
1 pound lean ground beef, browned and drained
 
1 (15 ounce) can Spanish rice
 
2 tablespoons catsup

Directions

Cut green peppers in half and remove pulp from center.
Steam peppers in 1 inch of water for 5 minutes.
Cool.
Brown ground beef.
Drain off excess fat.
Stir in Spanish rice and catsup.
Spoon ingredients into green pepper halves.
Place in baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
