Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, blend the onions, red bell pepper, garlic cloves, tomatoes and cilantro.
2. Add salt and cayenne pepper and blend again.
3. In a saucepan, heat olive oil.
4. Add the blended mix into the saucepan and cook for a few minutes.

SERVING
5. Plate the steak and top with the sofrito and serve.
