Spanish Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground chuck | 2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of hot sauce | ||
| Tomato | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 12 pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 green pepper, cut into rings | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, separated into rings | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Set the oven to 400 degrees.
2) Lightly mix together the chuck, onion, salt, egg, paprika, pepper, hot sauce and bacon.
MAKING
3) Take an aluminum foil and grease it lightly.
4) Spread the meat mixture on it, shaping it in the form of an oval loaf.
5) Maintain a thickness of 2 inches.
6) On the top, add the rest of the ingredients.
7) Take a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan and seal the foil.
8) Top with remaining ingredients; seal foil and place in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan.
9) Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked completely.
SERVING
10) Serve with Spanish rice.
