Spanish Squash Recipe
|Yellow summer squash/Zucchini||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried tarragon leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|

1.Rinse squash and slice them lengthwise in two.
2.Make 1 inch slices by cutting cross wise.
3.Take a 18 by 20 inch rectangle cut of heavy duty foil.
4.Put squash in the center and add sprinkling of onion, salt, tarragon, pepper, green pepper.
5.Put little butter on the top.
6.Put the long sides of foil together and then close tightly by folding again.
7.Put the grill 5 inches from the coal.
8.Put the package with open side facing down and grill for 20 minutes.
9.Keep turning with the help of tongs.
10.Mix vegetables and serve warm in a dish.
