Spanish Shrimp Or Prawns Recipe
Ingredients
| Prawns | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| In chafing dish - | ||
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pinch cayenne | ||
| Onion | 1 , grated | |
| Cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 C. hot beef stock | ||
| Lemon | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a chafing dish, combine the butter, flour, catsup, cayenne, granted onion, cream, hot beef stock and lemon juice
2. Cook till the sauce begins to thicken
3. Add beaten egg to the mixture
4. Then put in the prawns or the shrimps
5. Cooking the mixture on gentle heat till it is thick and golden
6. Add one teaspoon sherry
SERVING
7. Serve over hot rice
