Spanish Savory Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 oz. Patna rice | ||
| Bacon rashers | 4 | |
| Onion | 2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Ounce, chopped | |
| Tomato soup | 10 Ounce, condensed | |
| Water | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Cheese biscuits | ||
| Sliced olives | ||
Directions
Cook the rice in salted water till tender.
Drain and rinse.
Cut up the bacon and fry until crisp.
Remove from pan and saute the onion and pepper until tender, add bacon, rice and remaining ingredients, except biscuits and olives.
Heat through and serve on small cheese biscuits, garnished with sliced olives.
