Ingredients

 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finley minced
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 1 pound spicy Spanish sausage, cut into thin rounds
 Ground coriander1/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup dry red Rioja wine

Directions

Saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add sausage and brown lightly.
Add coriander and wine.
Simmer until liquid is slightly thickened.
Serve either hot or cold.
