Spanish Sausage Recipe
Ingredients
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finley minced | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pound spicy Spanish sausage, cut into thin rounds | ||
| Ground coriander | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup dry red Rioja wine | ||
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add sausage and brown lightly.
Add coriander and wine.
Simmer until liquid is slightly thickened.
Serve either hot or cold.
